Contract Terms
This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. It regulates the rights and obligations between the parties.

BUYER (Customer)
The natural or legal person who confirms the order form and requests the service.
Subject of Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision of logistics services ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER electronically, payment and delivery conditions.
Service Scope
Services provided under the agreement:
- Partial shipping services
- Full truck load services
- Warehousing and inventory management services
- Customs clearance and consultancy services
- International transportation services
Payment Terms
Service fees can be paid through the following methods:
Secure Payment
All credit card payments are processed using Kuveyt Türk's secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure protocol.
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Troy)
- Bank transfer/EFT
- Cash payment (at our branches)
Delivery Terms
Service execution and delivery conditions:
- Delivery times vary depending on service type and route
- Online tracking service is provided for all shipments
- Loads can be insured upon request
- Recipient is informed before delivery
Obligations of the Parties
Seller's Obligations
- Perform the service in accordance with contract conditions
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of cargo
- Inform the customer about cargo status
Buyer's Obligations
- Pay the service fee on time
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Provide necessary support during delivery
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Turkish Republic laws apply to any disputes arising from this agreement. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for dispute resolution.
By confirming this agreement electronically, the BUYER declares and undertakes that they have knowledge about the type, quantity, sales price, payment method and delivery conditions of the service subject to the agreement and has provided the necessary confirmation on these matters.
