Information about right of withdrawal and refund procedures
General Information
The right of withdrawal and refund conditions of our customers are explained below within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the service purchased under the distance contract.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the start date of service delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
Cancellation Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, follow these steps:
Notify your withdrawal request via email or phone
Fill out and submit the withdrawal form with signature (optional)
Our customer service will evaluate your request within 48 hours at the latest

Refund Process
In case of exercising your right of withdrawal:
- The amount you paid will be refunded within 14 days from the date your withdrawal notice reaches us
- Refund will be made in the same way as the payment method you used
- You will be informed by email when the refund process is initiated
Refund Guarantee
We offer 100% refund guarantee for services canceled for valid reasons.
Situations Where Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following situations:
- If service delivery is completed or started (with BUYER's consent)
- Services prepared upon special request or customized for the customer
- Transportation of perishable goods or goods that may expire
- Urgent delivery services (express cargo)
Service Cancellation
Cancellation conditions for services that have not yet started:
Before Service Start
Full refund is made for cancellations made up to 24 hours before transportation starts.
After Service Start
For cancellation requests after transportation starts, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting incurred expenses.
